Seascape Terrace

Seascape Terrace is a landscape design project situated in the Point Grey neighbourhood of Vancouver. The client acquired the property during its construction phase, which limited the opportunity to influence grading and layout. Despite these constraints, the design emphasizes vertical landscaping, creating striking visual elements such as a sculpture wall that adds artistic depth to the space. A key feature of Seascape Terrace is the seamless rooftop garden, designed to merge the ocean view with everyday living, bringing the beauty of the sea into the heart of the home.
